In their new article, published in the Human Resource Management Journal (ABS: 4, IF: 3.816), Dr Andri Georgiadou and Jawad Syed argue that informal social networks have a crucial role in macro-social and organizational approaches to diversity, such as social attitudes and laws, which in turn may affect organizational routines and practices of diversity management.

In this article, they develop a research framework that connects gender diversity approach across macro-social and organizational levels of analysis.
